Meet our Ethiopia Yirgacheffe

Grown at high altitude in southern Ethiopia and washed before drying, this lot is one of the most floral coffees we roast — think jasmine and bergamot, with a clean, tea-like body and a bright citrus finish. It is a favorite for pour-over, and it is available now in our shop.
